It’s Turkey Time!

Turkey

On Thursday is Thanksgiving, one of the most important Holidays in the US. We have to work but we will take a peek out of the door as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade will start right down our street. Currently they are securing the houses with wooden boards and putting up seatings and tomorrow they will start pumping up the huge floats. Luckily they ordered the helium early enough so the current shortage won’t lead to another invasion of a Middle Eastern country (just kidding).

For the evening we mad a reservation for a Turkey dinner. I hope it will look as good as the one in the picture!

No turkey for us this year, but we are planning to have duck on Sunday. We wish you both a happy Thanksgiving. Und guten Appetit!

I wish you both a happy Thanksgiving as well, enjoy your turkey, which will hopefully bear a resemblance to the picture above!
